A curative blend of Restorative, Hatha & Yin.
Begin and unwind your day with this meditative yoga practice uniting body, mind and heart. Breathwork (pranayama) and mindful movement (asana) gently build strength, range-of-motion and create a greater sense of ease. Hands-on releases combined with essential oils offered.
All levels welcome!
Classes are drop-in.
