CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

These are non-juried open call shows

All work that meets the guidelines of each show will be accepted.

Open call shows listed below are open to the public (members & non-members)

If interested in participating please download and complete the appropriate

submission forms and include with your artwork at drop off.

As space is limited, to secure a spot, payment must be made in advance.

These shows are on first come first serve basis and GAS reserves the right to suspend registration when gallery capacity is reached.

Non-members $60 (30% commission fee on work sold)

Members $25 (commission fee on work sold based, on membership contract)

**Please note that work will not be accepted without a completed

hard copy of the submission forms.

The Art On Paper Show

November 12 - 30

Reception: Saturday Nov. 15th, 3-6pm

DROP OFF SUNDAY: Nov. 9th, 2025, between 3 – 6:00 pm.

Submission guideline:

Accepting artwork on all types of paper. All mediums accepted. Theme is open.

**The following will be accepted: acetate paper, Mylar, Yupo, stone paper, wooden Kyougi paper.

December 03 - 21

Reception: Thursday Dec. 04th, 3-6pm

DROP OFF SUNDAY: Nov. 30th, 2025, between 3 – 6:00 pm.

Submission guideline:

Accepting artwork in all mediums. Theme is celebrating art.

January 7-26, 2026

Reception: Saturday Jan 10, 3-6pm

DROP OFF SUNDAY: January 4, 2026, between 3– 6:00 pm.

Submission guideline:

Accepting artwork featuring all drawing mediums - conté, charcoal, pen & ink, all pencils, pastels, etc. Theme is open.

January 28 – February 15, 2026

Reception: Saturday January 31, 3-6pm

DROP OFF SUNDAY: January 25, 2026, between 3 – 6:00 pm

Submission guideline:

Accepting artwork that explores all matters of the heart - anatomical, biological, spiritual or emotional.

Different mediums accepted.

February 18 - March 8, 2026

Reception: Saturday February 21, 3-6pm

DROP OFF SUNDAY: February 15, 2026, between 3 – 6:00 pm.

Submission guideline:

Accepting artwork that features textiles. Theme is open.
